Safe Escrow Protection
Every transaction is protected. Shift payments are locked in escrow when booked. Funds are only released to the caregiver after the shift completes successfully and you approve checkout.

How does escrow payment work?
When you confirm a booking, the fee is locked securely. It's only released to the caregiver after the shift is verified as completed.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancellations more than 24 hours before a shift get a full refund. Cancellations under 24 hours retain a 1-hour inconvenience fee for the caregiver.
Are there any signup fees?
No. Creating a KyneticCare account and browsing caregivers is completely free.
